If a fan letter is enclosed in a gift, we will assume that the gift has been opened and only the fan letter will be delivered to the recipient.

“Airy Production” (hereinafter referred to as “this production”) has many characters based on fairy tales and myths.
This has been made possible through the cooperation of many people.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from using expressions that significantly damage the image of the character.
We allow individual customers to engage in derivative creation activities using this production’s copyrighted materials. Additionally, as long as this guideline is complied with, there is no need to contact us regarding the content of derivative works created by this production.

In addition, this production has written the “Guidelines for secondary creation activities regarding ‘Airy Production’” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”).
Regarding some of the derivative creation activities related to this production and the characters that appear in it, by individual customers, please comply with these guidelines and only if it is done within the scope of the individual’s doujin activities. We do not claim copyright infringement.

【Definition】
These guidelines apply to derivative creation activities for the following works (hereinafter collectively referred to as “this content”):
・Official characters and still images of our company whose copyright is exclusive to our production company
【Permission range for derivative works (own works only)】
The derivative creation activities recognized by this project refer to new creations by individuals based on the primary creation content provided by this project. Our production company will be happy if you follow the guidelines and follow common etiquette when distributing derivative works.
- It is possible to sell derivative works of this content as long as the activity is within the scope of your hobby, such as selling doujinshi and derivative goods using Comic Market or the Internet. However, such sales activities must not be carried out as business activities that go beyond fan activities. Additionally, as stated in Article 1, Paragraph 2, products manufactured by copying the Content as is (or actions that can be considered the same) cannot be considered derivative works. Any act of selling is strictly prohibited.
- Whether or not the sales act falls under the business activities described in the preceding paragraph will be determined by our company based on a comprehensive judgment of various factors such as the production quantity of the work, the selling price, and the nature of the work. If our company determines that the sales activity falls under business activities, we may suspend the sales activity.
For advance application, please fill out the necessary information in this form and submit it. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for a response.
Please note that creations that are done as a hobby and do not generate revenue from the final product are considered non-profit fan activities. Typical examples include:
* Cosplayer activities that do not involve paid photo sales, etc.
*Printing on car bodies, etc. without the need for paid photo sales. However, the use of primary creation content is not permitted.
However, regarding the following activities, even if no income is generated, please contact this project in advance using this form .
* As a non-profit fan activity, support advertisements are carried out using secondary creation content in station and city visions, etc.
Please note that we have established separate rules for the illustrators who are responsible for the official character designs of our production members. Please refrain from making direct inquiries to the illustrator regarding this matter.
【Prohibited matter】
Even if the defined definition of derivative creation activities is met, if any of the matters listed below apply, we may ask you to stop the derivative creation activities and doujin sales activities.
- Content that seriously damages the honor and dignity of the Vtuber, our production, or a third party, or the image of our production content.
- Directly using primary creative materials (illustrations, videos, audio, music, etc.) belonging to this project in secondary creation (copyright infringement)
3.Contains expressions containing specific ideas, beliefs, or religious or political messages. - Sales activities that go beyond the scope of individual doujin activities or hobbies.
5.Other content that this production company deems inappropriate.
☆Use of derivative works by this production
Regarding the published derivative works, use them for live streaming of this project, SNS, etc.
By using “#えあぷろクリエイターズ” and the hash tag for Itter designated by each character on SNS etc. when publishing, it will be easier to confirm that this project character is a derivative work, so please be sure to do so. Please use it.
Eapro management and liver will be happy to see it.
In addition, if we decide that we would like to officially distribute or make goods, we will consult with you individually from this project.
